Local Sourcing
Every piece of firewood we sell is sourced from within 55 miles of Janesville. We work with local landowners to sustainably harvest standing dead timber, storm damage, and trees slated for removal. This means you get fresh, quality wood while supporting responsible land management in our region.
No Chain Equipment = No Oil
Unlike most firewood operations, we do not use chainsaws or other chain-driven equipment in our processing. Chain equipment leaves bar oil and hydraulic fluid residue on wood. Our process eliminates this contamination entirely, giving you cleaner burning firewood that is better for indoor use, cooking, and the environment.
